I shoot in a relaxed reportage style. I know how stressful events can be sometimes so I won't be putting any extra pressure on you or your guests to pose unless they want to. I'll capture everything naturally as it happens but I'll also make sure to get those important shots if you have a specific shot list to follow. FAQ - Events

How far are you able to travel?

I am happy to travel to most places around the UK and even abroad if the opportunity arises! Travel expenses are included for events within 10 miles of Hartley Wintney, Hampshire. Parking costs, if any will be charged to the invoice. Please let me know if there will be free or validated parking at your event.

Do you have a loyalty programme?

Yes! All returning clients will receive a personalised photo gift after their event selected and designed by myself. If returning many times, the gift will be different each time. :)

How many images can I expect to recieve?

Each event can be quite different. The number of guests attending can affect the amount of images taken but you can generally expect around 200 edited images to be delivered from a 3 hour event if not more. The client/liaison will have access to download all of the high-res digital files from the online gallery. For commercial/corporate events, all guests will have access to a social media ready download. This is a smaller file and can include your event watermark anywhere on the image and may include my logo as well. Guests are welcome to purchase any prints or wall art directly through the gallery if they wish. Please get in touch about your specific requirements for your event so I can provide more information on what is included.

How much editing do you do?

All images are lightly edited for contrast, colour correction etc. I have a range of personalized presets to suit different events as well. Further detailed editing such as blemish removal, teeth whitening, skin smoothing/tucking can be purchased for an additional fee per booking if required.

How will payment work?

A 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance will be due 1 month prior to the event. If the deposit is not paid within 7 days of booking the date will be released.

How soon will I receive the images after the event?

My turnaround time on events can be anything up to 4 weeks. If you'd like a few teaser images within the first week do let me know and I can arrange that for you. Please also let me know if you need the images much sooner and I can do my best to accommodate you. There may be an additional fee for a faster delivery time.
